Recovered - a story of triumph

For the first time ever, I re-upholstered something. I'm pretty darn pleased at myself for it, too. My DH got me a 1920's maple dining room set for Christmas (early) and I've been working on restoring it ever since. I should have taken a picture of the sad shape we received it in but anyway.

This is the original sad faded and ugly condition of the chair seats.

and here is the new!

If I can do it, you can do it :)

I got the fabric from JCarolines online and I just love it.
Now, I'm thinking about slipcovering that chair that doesn't match the rest of the room. I've been empowered!!
